I read your systems every morning and bring you what does not add up, so you can make decisions with the full picture instead of a guess. Then I help you act on it.
- I identify problems, with the two records I compared so you can check my work
- I draft the invoice, the letter, the task, in your voice
- I delegate. Tell me who, and I send it in the app they already use and follow up until it is done
- I take you anywhere. Say "open the delay notice" and you are there
- I read whatever shows up: a PDF on an email, a photo of a sign-in sheet, a call transcript, a text from the field. If I cannot tell which job it belongs to, I ask, and I remember your answer
- I do not send, file or change anything until you approve it. All of it is logged.
